How does the payout work?
If you fail a protected module, open a claim from your account and upload your proof of identity and your results. Once we've verified them, we pay out the full cost of the failed module. All you need is 45% for your semester mark. The module's semester mark must be at least 45%, and you must write the final exam.
Is this a loan?
No. You pay a small monthly subscription to protect your modules. If you pass, there's nothing to pay back and you've studied with peace of mind. If you fail a protected module, we pay out its cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly cover can be cancelled at any time; months already paid aren't refunded, and cover stops when payments stop. Cover paid upfront runs to the end of the year. Your payments need to be up to date for a claim to qualify.
